Annoying squeek from dash area
Anyone ever come across this its really bugging me on the motor way theres a really annoying squeek in the dash the only way to describe it is like hamster running on a wheel that needs a drop of oil
What the hell is it only starts from about 100kmh but will stay then regardless of speed increase any ideas i cant even narrow down were its coming from just its somewere either top mid or bottom dash

Are all your jacking pads in place properly?
Gummi pflege all your door seals too

All pads in place and just gummi pfleged seals a month ago

Does fan settings/speed effect it in any way. Have you done any work around dash lately and have left a loose bolt, or dropped something in an airvent.

No that was my first though is well but even with climate control off still getting the same noise
Il have the dash off later in the week so will take it out for a drive minus the dash and see if i can hear anything

Is there a strut brace on the e39 ?
The one on the e60 needs to be tightened every now and then and have some grease applied or else you get an awful creaking noise that seems like it's coming from the dash.....

Is it effected by adjusting the stratification control?
