318IS Stainless steel exhaust manifold

Have one of these for sale. Bought this from a fella on driver, was assured it would fit an E36 but my mechanic says different due to clearance issues with the steering knuckle. I assume that it could be possible but there would be work involved. I did not do the work myself so cannot confirm.

Never fitted and now not needed. Should fit an E30 318is as a quick google shows it's the same. Please check this for yourself.

I've tried to be as honest as I can and am just looking to get my money back on this. Price is €70.
