removing normal paint from car body
some ass was painting fascia boards next door form my house and i seen yesterday that there is dots of cream paint on the wing bonnet and win windscreen of my e36, i believe its oil based paint, what can i do to remove these without causing damage.

Hi Claudio,
It depends if you're car has wax/sealant on it or not. If it does then it might be possible to remove it with a tar remover like tar cleanse or tardis on it's own (Available from some of the forum retailers or halfords) but if it wasn't waxed before the paint landed then a detailing clay will make short work of it. If you have neither at the moment then the detailing clay would be your best bet, plus you can clay the rest of the car while you're at it ;)

I can second that.
I've found lots of little white dots, from idiots in the past no doubt and it all came off easily with some Autoglym tar remover.
Did that and the claying after and it all came out.
