Quick detailer and a microfibre.
Or just stop at the nearest jet wash and blast it off.
You cant take any chances with bird dung. Some dungs wont do the paint any harm if left for a day or 2 but then theres some that will mark the paint in a matter of hours.
I try if at all possible rinse it off as they can be gritty and rubbing them off can scratch the paint.

A Shotgun methinks.
I saw a video a few months ago and it indicated that it wasn't necessarily the contents of the droppings directly that caused problems but changes in temperature during the day.
Might have been in the shade when targeted, then sun came around and maybe back in to shade or the car driven in and out.
There's one parking spot at the office that seem to attract every flying fcuker in the place. Luckily I don't park there.
I think one would need more than a few wipes here..

I always notice if the car is manky dirty you never get bird sh!t on it.
However, spend the whole weekend cleaning the car or pay up for a full detail and the avian flugwaffe strike, covering the car
I hear you there! Spent most of Friday giving the car some Tlc first thing Saturday morning huge birdsh** on the bonnet! Time to get the shotgun out id say!!!Quote:

Soak a cloth in hot water and it might soften it upQuote:
