Anyone know who owns it? Without giving too much away it's Dark Blue and on UK plates? That's all I'm gonna say because it's possible the owner doesn't want to advertise what and where it is.

The reason I ask is because it is unlikely that someone will reveal they know the owner unless they know what the intent is.
