You don't need a tool. Bring it to an alignment spot to get it right
all you need is one of these :

For fine adjustment just slacken off the nuts a little and give the trailing arm a gentle tap of a hammer. You can even do it with weight on wheels if your not lowered.
Hmm. Feel like I'm being ridiculed here.
Have already used the hammer and prybar method. Found out about this tool and wanted to try it. The toe probably doesn't even need to be adjusted, I just wanna see this tool in operation when the car is on the tracking machine.
