I would believe the honda deserves to be at the top its usually the shell that will rust away completely before the engines give out
Iv always found my car to be very reliable but bmw wouldn't deserve to be in the top ten just way too many issues lately from security to timing chains to cracked wheels and so on
It might just be me, but I think BMW were probably a lot quicker at getting issues sorted back in the day. I remember when the early E36s came out in 1991 they were slated for shoddy build quality, but that was rectified very quickly. This security issue with all sorts of stuff getting stolen without the keys has been a PR disaster for them, and gone on for far too long!
