I've been looking into this all day and have found a decent kit, but I'm just concerned if it will throw an engine management light? I know it can be coded out but that's more hardship and expense!
All thoughts / experiences welcome.

I no it works on e46 engines similar so shouldn't have any issues but I don't no for certain
It seems to be a bit hit & miss. I've a strong feeling the thing is quite gunked up again, so might just pull the trigger and get rid of it. Then deal with an EMLs that pop up later.
I disconnected it on my car and didn't get an eml but it did log a fault. Disconnecting the EGR can increase fuel consumption. Not by much but a bit.Quote:

E90 will deffo throw up an EML if you disconnect the vacuum to the EGR ;)
