New penalty points from today

Could this one about the number plate altercation include German plates?

they have been giving points for german plates for ages, 2 of my friends have received two points and fine for it (stickers plus not having county written on top and the "d" instead of "irl" )

Isn't the licence plate to do with weight restriction plates on HGVs?

probably aswell, its all a money making racket left right and centre

all its about is revenue now, the garda are fine collectors.
I know they are not all the same, but there is a lot of P R I C K S out there that give them a bad name, I know it's a hard job, but they don't do themselves any favors with thier attitudes.
