Ever see a timing belt this bad?
My Father replaced this yesterday.
This engine was running fine, only symptom was an intermittent noise from around the belt area.

I cannot believe how it still ran and didn't self destruct.
Car has around 50,000miles (genuine) but is 10 years old.
It's a Kia something or other...

intervals very wary on car make and engine ,some of them are for only 40k and not miles or km !! and only up to 4 years if not mileage
RE: Ever see a timing belt this bad?
Only time I have seen missing teeth was due to oil leak, but that belt is dry.
I am amazed it ran ok
