Soak it all in loads of wd40, then use the biggest hammer you have with a big round headed punch and knock it out. Make sure you only hit the centre of the shaft!

What about pulling out the hub? Do I need a special tool?
even if you hafd a tool to do it they are very stubborn. Best method is as aboveQuote:
