i know a lad that does and its grand once its dry but the second it get anyway damp out its a nightmare to keep on the road,
could be his driving either..
I wouldn't bother its ireland its wet 90% of the time. Id go for dunlop sp sport maxx there very good all year round
Waste of time, take too long to get to temperature etc and with our climate they be a death trap.
Go for good quality like Michelin Pilots or Conti Sports great all round tyres.
Hi Steve, semi slicks are fine for maybe 3 months of summer and put a huge grin on your face once warmed up. I had the Toyo 888s on mine and really enjoyed them. That being said come a wet day you need to drive with much care and attention. Continental, Michelin or Dunlop Sport Maxx RT would be good choices for all round use IMO.
