Is this diff bushing worn out?

Hi
I have a knocking sound from the back of my e46 320d. i think its the diff bushing but cant tell. i took a video of me moving it with a spanner.

Does it look worn out to you?

Yes it looks shagged, the rubber is split/cracked. Btw it's not the in-out movement that matters it's the up-down.

Thanks, i added another video of the up and down movement in it. I have the rear centre mount driveshaft bearing to fit too so hopefully that will sort the problem
