Anyone know if I could put a passenger side seat on a drivers rail?
No. rear bolt holes don't match with holes on rails.
Can the seat backs be swapped?
Is it coupe, vert or saloon? Do you look to replace frame or bolsters and covers?Quote:

If bolsters and covers, its easy on saloon. Coupe has holes in the bolster and cover for handles and vert, there would be holes for handles and headrest mount is on wrong side.
