The offset might be an issue. That aside, unless you're gonna spend some serious money on coilovers, the ride will be terrible. It will also likely tramline. I drove a 330Cd with 19's and I hated it. It's such an unpleasant experience.

Yeh massive weight in them almost double a standard wheel i think that cars polybushed all round is well which would give a harsh ride

The polybushing didn't make that big an impact, I was also in a 320d touring with 19's and it was equally unpleasant.
Different strokes iv no issues with 19's rides fine car feels fine zero tramline ,not sure why moving from 18 to 19 would cause this as wheel width and offset will be almost identical
