Never understood that refuelling, was only reintroduced to help Ferrari when they were the only ones running V12s, and all that "fuel strategy" nonsense just meant lads were winning races through the pit-stops
Tyre changes are enough, and it's a better way to judge how good the pit-lads were e.g. back in the early 90s Williams were shite at it, McLaren were awesome!
