You sure your stat is operating correctly? If it's stuck open it can cause a few issues and seems as how you changed heater value and bled the system then maybe it's worth checking?!

Its been replaced also car comes up to temp as it should. There are a good few coolent pipes around that valve one of witch goes into some sort of black box sorry for bad description its under the intake mani. Cant find any info on what it does at all.Quote:

Still tortured with this. Changed the heater valve still no good replaced thermostat and bleed the system and still no luck flushed the full system still no luck.
