There's no manual adjustment and the headlight washers only work every 5th pull of the stalk..maybe thats the problem?
Dumb fucks, factory Xenons never have an adjuster toggle switch in the car, you instead have an adjuster mounted to the front and rear suspension!Quote:

So moral of the story is you more than likely just need a flexi brake pipe not headlamps :D
As Don said they work when lights on first and first pull of washer stalk. Then there is a gap til next activation.

Obviously this car is too complicated for poor Dave and so will have to be confiscated :D :p

It looks as if you were dealing with a genius in the NCT centre...
Father in law brought the car to the test centre, so didnt get a chance to quiz the chap.....though when herself rang to say it failed, my initial reaction was that they were self levelling, but then I thought they might have been retro fitted!
There is deffo something wrong with the jets....they're never worked!
Investigation need so!
Thanks guys!
I may be wrong but I think the jets are pushed out by the water pressure so afaik the only electrical component that would stop it working would be the pump I reckon.
The headlight washer jets stopped working in the 330 when I had it. Turns out it was just the pipe had become dislodged.Quote:
