Ive never read a bad review before, but its a problem I shouldn't be having after such a short period.
I've bought about 5 wheels off Royal Steering Wheels but decided not to go with him for my most recent one for the e46 m3.
I found his communication terrible recently but worse than that on two of the wheels I wasn't 100% happy with and he didn't seem that interested in rectifying the problems.
The most recent wheel came through a guy on m3 cutters who acts as a middleman for a crowd in London. I'll dig out their details at the weekend when I'm home.
The name if the crowd who did mine is Tiggydesign
The guy that does them on donedeal is pretty good. Quality is 98% as good as Royal in the UK.
The one on my e30 is from the guy on donedeal, its been on for 2 years now and despite that it still looks very fresh, even the 3 colour stitching has not faded which royal ones do.
There is a decent cleaning tutorial on youtube https://youtu.be/ZJ8shQDLD-g I followed it on ex-Kin's M3csl wheel and It came up like new. I was going to get it refurbed before I watched the video. Saved me at least €100 and the inconvenience of a retrim.
Edit: I say 98% because they use different material and I prefer the material Royal use.
Just got my wheel back from Royal last week, I am very happy with it I also found his communication great and emailed me to say the wheel was received confirmed order with me told me about 7 days to retrim, dropped me a mail to say the wheel was shipped and to expect it in two days etc. I would highly recommend jack.
Slightly off topic Brian but I take it that you bought Kin's M3? Lovely:cool:Quote:

I did. Good car that! It really was a victim of Ireland's second hand M3 market.Quote:
