I'm sure most people can put two and two together to figure out who your talking about but would it not benefit everyone to name the business. You aren't slandering them as you've but forward both sides of the argument but as someone who is currently weighing up spending a fair chunk of money on parts for an older bmw this thread would certainly make me think twice.
Worse still I could have the wrong business in mind!
W1llswheels...btw they approached me on the e30 owners forum where they seem to sell a lot of parts. Since I started this thread it seems I am not alone in having issues.
Had them in mind alright.
It seems to make it worse that they go on as if there very much a 'scene shop' if that makes sense. That kind of customer experience tells otherwise!
They are active on lots of BMW forums that I post on.
Quite a few problems with them. They are extremely aggressive when posting on forums if anyone questions them or their parts/cars.
I agree with the comment above, They would have you believe that they are the Munich Legends of Ireland, when in actual fact, it's a breakers yard in a muddy field.
I woudn't go near the place.
Has anyone seen their show on YouTube? [emoji12]

I’ve only ordered parts off them once, and to be fair they were perfect and delivered next day. Few issues getting payment organized but that was it. Have heard of people having more significant issues all the same. Considering your email stipulated that the deposit was to be refundable, and they said nothing to the contrary, I think your nuts to let it go.
