How much did your mpg increase by cab , placebo or genuine results ?
I had Terraclean done to e39 last Thursday. MPG has improved according to obc. My average was about just below 26 now it shows me 27.2 (mixed city and motorway)
Not bad although the same could be achieved from a new set of decent plugs
What if you do both? Think of the MPG's!!!! :DQuote:

Tbh Gar I can remember exactly now but it was roughly about and additional 5-6mpg overall. I think I put it up in my thread but would have to go hunting for it :).Quote:

Actually just worked it out, did 119 miles on €30 which equates to 30mpg and tbh I wasn't exactly taking it handy so all in all it's still good!.

I'm so undecided with this :(
I think it's worth a go, I've never stripped a modern Diesel engine but apparently the valve seats and injectors get coated with carbon over time, if you've taken off your EGR you'll have some idea of what's in your engine.
I for one will definitely be getting it done.

This was after 8 new NKG iridium plugs aswell, so it definitely does something.
