Vice grip?
There is an actual tool for removing rounded nuts. Or cheap option
Try a vice grip
Cut a slot in it and try turn with large flat head and vice grip
Weld a nut onto the bolt and open with spanner
Force oversized torix in.

Tap/beat in the sacrificial torex bit. Also vice grips on the outside where you can grip and some heat before turning all as one. I would heat up and cool down several times to Allow the oil in the sump to lubricate the threads each time you do this oil will get slightly further down.
