I actually can't wait!!!
That was me last year..could not wait to collect her and get my very first drive in it!
Must prepare this evening :p Find the shoes with the most feel, comfy clothes, music (although I don't think I will be needing music for the first spin or anytime soon considering the built in S54 soundtrack :D) oh and study google maps to find the longest twistiest way possible back to Cork!
Hmm I wonder if I'm forgetting anything...
yes you are...money to replenish the tank after 90 miles :D
RE: E92 335i / Late E46 M3 possibly..
Yes my wallet won't know what hit it!
Incidentally, I figured out my way home :D

Pics Saturday when I collect it ;)
I took a week off in spring/summer 2013 after I got the e36 and did a bit of a road trip like that and met loads of people off the site, collected parts and met up with some old friends I hadn't seen in a while. Was great! It helped that it was sunny all week too  I'd really love to do that in the M3, maybe closer to summer :)

You won't be able to sleep tonight Peter! :D A road trip would be pretty cool. My father does a motorcycle road trip every year for charity 'Ride Out For Prems' him and a load of his biker buddies raise a shed load of europeans enough to buy new hospital equipment for premature babies and then bike it round to each hospital delivering cheques! I know the cannonball is like that with cars but it would be cool to do some BMW run like that!

Would love to drive across Europe at some stage actually. I'd planned to do it in the e36 but never happened so maybe in the M3 :)

Thanks Dan! :) I've been on the look out for your 335 as well, would love to see it before you sell it. Looks great on the CSLs!

I really won't! :D
BMW run would be very cool. I wonder if many would be interested in doing something like that?

I wonder will the other guy be picking up his M5? One of the other people interested in Peter's new M3 called to view it Saturday morning. As it was sold he bought a '07 M5 instead, trading in his '00 Golf :surprised:

That was pretty hilarious :D
That M4 looked incredible though! Also sold the same day.
I love how all their Ms are sold and their active tourers are sitting untouched in a corner :p
