Garage door now fitted.
It’s an insulated industrial door with auto up and down with a safety edge. Just a light tap on the bottom whilst it’s coming down and it retracts about one lat. They made a balls of the canopy on the inside but have asked for it to be rectified.

Looking great man, I've bitten the bullet and am copying you with the flush scissor lift
Was a massive seller with the wife! Does make far more sense. Must get a few photos up. I'm converting a two story workshop to a single story garage, long story but was built on a hill and half the workshop was below ground and was leaking water. Easiest solution was to make it into a garage :D
Had the floor poured this week, still have to widen the door for the new roller but getting closer to getting this finished. The new floor is approx 1.5m higher than the original level, hence the ankle high windows. Its not worth the effort to move them in my opinion, while they look daft inside its fine with me. They are west/north facing anyway so its not like I'm missing out on much light.

Fair play. It looks class. We’ll have to compare notes when completed.

I'm like a child at Xmas! Can wait to get the lift installed and the car inside. Need to sort out shelving and I'm gonna build a sturdy work bench. I'll have to wait for the concrete to cure before I'm epoxy it and start moving stuff back in, I'm thinking maybe a month or six weeks? Could be longer though due to the recent drop in temps.
