Loads of content online that supports them being the oem manufacturer.
Apparently Boge/Sachs/lemforder are all corteco.
Lemforder defo make the original control arms and they aren't exactly the same.
So who to believe if parts dont even look the same it looks to me like different materials have been used for both mounts above so how can the quality be the same ?
i mean if the parts dont look identical with bmw logo removed and are not made from the same materials id question it unless bmw themselves confirmed it or their was a corteco name on an original mount removed from an e39 i could post a picture from another supplier of one thats much closer to the genuine
Apologies your always on the end of my questions its just in my nature to question everything [emoji3]
Nah man, nothing wrong with playing devils advocate.Quote:

The CORTECO brand has a history which stretches back more than 80 years: the CORTECO brand was first registered as a product trademark for radial shaft seals in Italy in 1932. These seals were manufactured and distributed in Italy by a partner of the Freudenberg Group. Interestingly, "CORTECO" has been used synonymously with "radial shaft seal" in the Italian language ever since - similar to the brand "Simmerring" in German. In 1996, Freudenberg decided to start a dedicated aftermarket business under the brand name "CORTECO". CORTECO Europe was born as a company.
