Background Information
CORTECO is the IAM specialist of the Freudenberg Group for seals and vibration technology as well as cabin air filters. Garages benefit from an extensive range of spare parts in original quality.
The CORTECO brand has a history which stretches back more than 80 years: the CORTECO brand was first registered as a product trademark for radial shaft seals in Italy in 1932. These seals were manufactured and distributed in Italy by a partner of the Freudenberg Group. Interestingly, "CORTECO" has been used synonymously with "radial shaft seal" in the Italian language ever since - similar to the brand "Simmerring" in German. In 1996, Freudenberg decided to start a dedicated aftermarket business under the brand name "CORTECO". CORTECO Europe was born as a company.
its far away from BMW oem parts ! lemforder was and is for main in bmw mounts all around

Cool, thanks man, there's loads of conflicting information, site sponsors on multiple forums suggest corteco as oem manufacturer.
But if your experience says otherwise and you say lemforder is the way to go, then lemforder is what I will buy.

You're taking things far too literally. I never stated they were the same company, I'm not that stupid or naive.
In terms of engine mounts, people have ordered parts from vendors where Sachs / boge and lemforder have all been corteco mounts.

u just said that they all are corteco , so i want to know where from did u get this ?
and last, did u say that people ordered other makes but got corteco? if yes ,thats mean they there fulled .same as i have seen many times when parts are ordered online ,says one make and u got another ,but that doesnt mean u got same or even close quality .even shite makes very often are more expensive as lemforder ,but they will never be even close to lemforder quality
RE: E39 530d engine mounts needed.
On 6 cylinder petrol oem is Lemförder.
You can clearly see their logo on the mount and bmw logo is stamped on the other side.
