Very nice love the couloir  best of luck with her
Picked up the car today and drove it home, everything went well, nothing major showed up on the spin home, 180 enjoyable miles.
Few minor things I picked up on,
Speakers could do with being replaced, drivers tweeter is fuzzy
Brake light on spoiler doesn't light up all the way
Drivers window sometimes goes down a bit while trying to come up, think it could be the switch itself.
Going to replace all the bushes as I suspect one or two are worn
I got a check brake circuit warning, which went when ignition turned off, didn't come back for last 80miles. (Both brake light bulbs were fine)
Other than that car was great, held good temp and pulled nicely.
A few of the rubber window surroundings could do with replacing along with the sunroof surround.
All of the above are quite small things that I want to get sorted.
Car came with a substantial history folder, went through it and it appears to have a full BMW history up to 100K miles and service records there after.
Going to get it in to a garage now and get them done along with a major service.

seen this on done deal wat a minter the very best of luck
She looks really fresh!
If it was me I'd be wanting to pull all the wheel arches oout and side skirts off to clean out all the muck and crap she has collected over the years and then seal it all up so to try and keep the rot out and preserve her for the future and also save you a pile of money in the long run.
I had the brake light warning on my M3 and it was the brake light switch down behind the brake pedal that needed replaced.
Cheers,
Where would you recommend for doing that work Doctor??
It looks like there's a bit of paint/lacquer cracking on the rear spoiler corner and also some small paint issues (likely caused by frost) on the drivers door so a body shop could prob do both along with the work you suggested??
What site sponsors would be best to work on an M3?? I'm a bit out of the M loop
Well I think @[Valdelisbmw] is the man for the oily bits on an E36 down your way.Quote:

I've been using POR 15 on the E34 and its great stuff. And hopefully you're lucky enough that the rot hasnt already taken hold.
As for bodywork I wouldnt have a clue about who is good down below.
Do this!! Easy to do Mark and wont take too long.Quote:

I have a set of std tweeters here you're welcome to for peanuts. I bought them instead of the HK ones I actually needed.
