Turned down an offer from the 1st viewer last night for €5400. Had a feeling he was after a bargain so I walked away.
I think the problem is people are expecting a 'perfect' condition car which it obviously isn't and wouldn't be unless it got a full respray etc.
If the car was perfect it would be priced accordingly.
As it is I feel the price is very fair. As far as I can see any other e36 m3 for sale at the minute are all priced above this so I wont entertain anybody looking to low ball me for a bargain.
You will get your money soon it cant hang around long at that price
I have guys ringing me from the UK as well. Must mean something!
As much as I hate good cars leaving, Would it be worth selling into the UK and getting your VRT rebate? (VRT cost - €500 admin fee)
It is something im looking at at the minute Ross. Only down fall is that the new buyer would have to be nice enough to send back copies of the new uk reg certs etc to prove it had been exported to the uk.
Then send them to Shannon and wait for the process. Id probably be looking at roughly 1300 euro minus the 500 admin fee.
Im struggling as it is for free time for general viewings at the moment so it will have to be put on the long finger for a while. Iv got so many people to call back today that have been trying to get a hold of me for the last few days!
Deposit taken.
Car has just been collected. Good luck to the new owner. Sounds like it will be well cared for.
That's good news although I bet your sad to see it go. Is it staying on Irish plates ?Quote:
