Any more pics of the Moonstone Sierra?
Anybody have any experience with the Halfords Professional range?
Need to get a decent socket set
http://www.halfords.ie/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductMobileDisplay?catalogId=15551&langId=-1&categoryId=290505&productId=862443&storeId=11101
Great tool more then enough for at home i have my set years now very good value when on sale
If i had one complaint it would be case quality
120 piece enough for general DIT stuff?
Says it was €200 now down to €100?
I have this one,
http://www.halfords.ie/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductMobileDisplay?catalogId=15551&langId=-1&categoryId=290505&productId=195903&storeId=11101
Quality is excellent!!
Also have the tool box with 1/4" and 3/8", I managed to break the ratchet mechanism (My own fault as I put a bar over it for more leverage!) but other than that it's been fine.
Nearly all my stuff is from Halfords, Just wait for offers and stuff can be bought for half price!
Why is that 55 piece set twice as dear as the 120 piece set i listed?
It's a complete 1/2'' drive set instead of a mix of 1/4'' and 3/8'' and 1/2''.Quote:

Just looking for a socket set that would cover me for general DIY car stuff. Nothing overly special.
Buy the mixed one as you will need the smaller ones for some jobs the one for €100 you picked will be perfect
I'm pretty sure halyards tools have a lifetime warranty so bring it back to them or if not I'm pretty sure they do re build kits for there ratchets I've put mine under some pressure and still working goodQuote:

Seen it all now , one of the neighbors washed his car with a mop , wtf ?
Life time warranty excludes ratchets (about the only thing that can break  ) but the rebuild kits are only about a fiver a pop. Had to rebuild the 1/4" myself.Quote:

On another note just passed the 250 miles so far to the tank in the m3. No idea what mpg its making but for roughly 75 quid to fill it aint to bad
Started the new job this week and share the car park with BMW Ireland... see lots of 1 & 2 series floating about but all diesel!
Fook the winter vomiting bug! [emoji40] the unpleasantness!
Anyone ever try abd get a set of m3 motorsports refurbed to OEM finish?
Someone work this out for me please my brain is fried
Does it mean if its tested 11th march the new test cert will only be till the 11th march 2016
Or is it saying it falls under the new voluntary thing

If the due date is before 9th June you'll get the full period (either 1 yr or 2)Quote:
