I got this one as a present this year. Found it very good. Regular vacuum too and effective. The small attachments for the vacuum are not great size wise. Far better than the Karcher heap I had before.

The Numatic's are excellent; and have used the George.
Vax get good reports too, but no experience with then.
I've a Vax one as above. Grand piece of kit.
So Curran has used The George. A bit of a revelation there!
He'll be on here nextQuote:

I have one of those VAXs that I grabbed out of my parents loft - must be 25 years old and still fantastic.
I have no words! :(

I have a vax.
Great job for the money and more than adequate for the detailing enthusiast.
Cheers for all the replies! I'd say I'll be going for the vax so ;-)

Five odd years later, is the Vax what most people still use for wet vac duties? Anyone using the Karcher or Nilfisk?
Any recommendations for cleaning products to use with a wet vac for cleaning BMW carpets?
I’m using a vax did all the carpets in the 5 series just last week and they came up a treat
Use it in the house aswell
Still on the Vax Ian. I have a few years now. Did the E36 and two E46’s recently with carpets and seats etc and does a decent job.
Actually if you are only doing one car you are welcome to borrow it.
