As above. They're over done.
BBS LM's look great on an E46 M3. I know most will think are reps but as you said in your build thread, you are building the car for the appreciation of an enthusiast so there's nothing better than looking closey at a wheel and realisng that they are genuine.
Is the Cavan man still selling his LM's??
I asked him for a price yesterday. No reply since.
Im not overly pushed on LM's, been there done that sort of way...
What about the ones below
Did you decide on a colour I think it would look great in a voilet/blue colour on a saloon ,whats that e60 m5 colour you had before something along them lines
The M5 was interlagos blue, a sweet colour but I'm going to stay away from blue for this. I don't want to end up with a car identical to the one that was done in Norway.Quote:

No wouldn't suit it at all. Go for the LMs, I know there copied to death but genuine ones are uber cool. They literally weigh f*ck all.
313's only really work on facelift E92s imo
How about CHs or LMRs
Linea Corse LMR reps on my saloon

why don't you go for something like this as an overall look..
Maybe carbon black finish with and a set of bronze 18" rota gtr's..
Jap style wheels on a BMW give me heartburn.

this is nice even in saloon form would look well with a few carbon add-ons
Them wheels remote had on his m3 were badass you need massive dish or concave on the e46
I think his wheels where vorsteiner or volk something along them lines
Have to agree with Don B, 313 on facelift E92s look badass, on an E46 saloon i feel they wouldnt suit. Possible reactions of ' look at the guy who stuck big alloys on his [insert generic model id from the last e46 saloon they have seen]Quote:

Best way might be to photoshop on alloys to a complete external shell of the car (easier said than done though :tounge:). Best of luck with the decision
Lock it up , you might need to take out a second mortgage for them :D
They would be cool, Works wheels :cool:Quote:

I like them work wheels... VXX or something aint it?
Must have a gander on ebay :D
Those wheels can look good but can also look she-ite. The offsets and widths you be going for will mean less dish I reckon!
Are you going to do anything with the arches to fit wide wheels? Or just leave as is?
Barts wheels be a nice solution alright, as said they weigh buttons even with tyres.
Other option would be sleeper wheels!! As in, smallest oem wheels to fit over the brakes so everyone thinks its nothing special
