Just to follow up on this, I gather it's a 17" spacesaver thats needed.
One from an E46 would work I presume?
Afaik there's no hole in the bootwell for a spare wheel. The kit you get from BMW sits on the boot floor and is held down using the cargo strap points. I've seen it in EddieM74's E92
Great move on bmws behalf :D

Goin on a 6,000 km round trip, so just needs to be in the boot for that :D
Kit from the dealer is an arm and a leg, not nearly an option!
Will a standard 17" spacesaver from an E46 330 be ok?
I've an E46 space saver in the shed that he can have for foc but would need the other gear too such as a jack and wrench!
Cheers Conor, is the E46 one big enough for the E92 325 you reckon?Quote:

Cheers Conor, I'll have a search around and see if a standard E46 will fit.
Thanks again
Yeah that like looks same as mine, €300 from Ken in M&G. While I have breakdown cover on the insurance was more for the wife so they have something to fit when called. [emoji6] Oh and BTW have I missed a thread on your new E92 Don?Quote:
