Whats your budget? I heard of a clean 06 manual one for sale, 06 late models demand a high price though
Hi Alan,
Budget is depending on condition - yes, the 2006 models might be a bit too out of my budget though. Do you have any specs?
Thanks

Guys, unfortunately Wolverine_1999 was unable to come view the car so it is now available.
I will put an ad together and post over the weekend adding some extra detail and pic's. (Main info still same as above)
Car is a regular at C&C Dublin and has frequented BMWHaus Dublin meets on occasion last year (see pics from last May(-ish) next to 318 iS Cosmos M3).
Thanks again Greg for all the information you provided. Sorry for letting you down..
Not a problem! :)
I'm now swaying between E46 M3 or E92 335i. The humanity...
Only manual transmission.
Drove a 335i wasnt too impressed, id rather an e92 335d auto, with a decent remap they are an animal, im on the look out for a decent one at the mo
You mean DCT?
Just seemed slow to be honest, nice torque, but nowhere near as raw or fun as an s54 you can rev the nuts off!
Well the big end bearing shells were a problem on the early models and bmw did issue a recall. From what I have read, they still give trouble but pretty rare. Head gasket issues too! Apparently '05 models onwards have a stronger subframe but tbh they all suffer the same problem!
S54 is a good engine considering how highly strung it is but does have its faults, headgaskets blowing between cylinders is getting common, vanos issues, have seen a few rattle the big ends, and then just the norm coil pack/sensor issues, i would say put it that there a pretty reliable sports car, but do need quiet a bit of maintence!
Still looking peeps. Will also consider a very high spec facelift 330ci!
Would you be interested in the one i recently sold? Im sure hed sell it again, hes a trader always buying and selling, he bought it for himself but im sure hed let it go@
Is that the 2004 silver grey? Its missing a few extras that I couldnt do without to be honest. Shame, I know its been well taken care of.
Heated seats? I looked into fitting them afterwards, but seems like its a bigger job. It would be used as a winter car mainly, with a few summer bursts.
Do some squats before driving the car or something. Heated seats will be soon forgotten when all you an think about is " which road will I rip the tarmac off of today" :D.
When it comes to these cars take whichever car has had the best maintenance and condition. Not Mileage or extras.
I do like my heated seats for the winter! takes the edge off the early mornings on the way to work!
Yes especially with temperatures of -14! Why should I settle for something less if I have the choice? :) Anyways, still looking :D (The UK has the cars I'm looking for in the market, but Ireland has cheaper prices. I think I might have to save up a few more months..)
But still hoping for here!
Something will come up for sure, just depends on how patient you are!

True, I'm lucky enough to have a daily car anyway, so patience should not be a problem! (knock on wood)
