E92 Reconditioned diff.

Hello All,

I'm looking for some info on where I could get a reconditioned diff & just how much I'd be paying. My E92 320i is whinging.

Not sure where you are based, but @[Valdelisbmw] at Motor Confidence, site sponsor here, has done plenty of diff work, rebuilds replacement etc. recommended and worth a try!

EDIT: @[Peter-E36] on here has the internals of a 6 speed autobox diff from a 335i, not sure if it will fit the 320i but again it could be an option! I'm sure either members above will be more knowledgeable!

As Paddy mentioned I have the "bit" (not sure what to call it?) that came out of my diff when Valdas fitted a Quaife LSD unit for me. If it'll help you with your rebuild it's yours :)

Yeah Valdas is based in Knockmitten, just off Naas Road. Peter, who was based in Cork, got his diff done there actually - but not sure if he traveled, or couriered the diff!

Do you know anything about active transmissions? They gave me a quote today.
