MAF+Lambda+Stat INPA Fault

Hi

I got a CEL light that ran for a few days - it 'randomly' disappeared on startup and as there was no perceptible issue I continued on my way.I then noticed the fuel consumption gauge seemed very attracted to the high end of the scale, often staying at very high consumption even at low revs in higher gear under low load.
CEL came back , so I ran INPA and it gave me the following sequence , I have since deleted the readings but memory tells me it was a MAF error followed by two lambda (rich) errors and a thermostat error.
I cleared the errors did Waterford and back four times ,mixed town and suburban driving over the last week and the error has not reappeared.......yet.

Does anyone have a clue as to what is starting to fail or where I should start hunting ?
Can anyone tell me any clear indicators to look out for in INPA live readings ?
