Msport front seats wanted from e46 or e39

I'm after buying a mk3 caddy and the seats arnt great in it so I want to get a nice comfy set of msport seats and modify them to fit the van. Leather would be a bonus but I would'nt rule out a cloth set either. I only want black or grey. Hopefully someone here has something I can use.

Sorry only seeing this now. Both of them need a clean, passenger side has no rips or tears but drivers side bolster has a big enough hole in it.
