Part Worn Tyres

Lads does anybody know a good place in Dublin/Wicklow for these?
I'm looking for 2x 225/45/17 and 2x 245/40/17

I picked up 2 18/35/245 pzero asymmetric with 6mm+ for 120 from them a few months ago

I heard that its been made illegal to fit part worn tyres up here.

But its still OK to sell them.

So what happens if you buy a used set of alloys ,they would be part worn tyres ? Id say the real reason for them banning it is money it always comes down to money id say there losing a fortune on tax

This'll be my 4th set of part worn tyres and they've been spot on.

The tyres are already on the rims.

As said. Its illegal to fit part worns. Not illegal to sell them.
