M7 Road works.

Seeing this headline on road works on the M7 reminded me of a mystery. Does anyone know who stole Junction 20 on the M7, or where it disappeared to?

in the original planning they would have been numbered 1 - 30 but it was more than likely removed in revised planning due to no need for one in that particular area

common to see junction numbers jump one or even 2 on motorways in other countries
