E60 Exhaust Question

Hi,

On the E60, would a backbox from a 525d/530d/535d (twin pipes) fit as a direct replacement of the stock backbox on a 520d, or is there more to it than that?

Not a direct bolt on fit but you’d just cut the exhaust and weld on the 6 cylinder one. Mounts for the rear exhaust box are the exact same.
