Looking to get an original set refurbished but I'd like to go somewhere that has them on the shelf ready to go and just exchange my old ones. I heard of a place that did an exchange deal but can't remember where.

That's the job alright. If only they were in Dublin.
I'm sure with a large enough deposit secured via PayPal they'd send them out in advance of getting the originals and Paisley Freight is prob the best way to do the shipping. It wouldn't be cheap all in thoughQuote:

He's a site sponser over on m3cutters and he has a very good reputation. He sells very good replica wheels, but usually has a stock of refurbished OEM and I've never read anthing negative about him.
