M52B28 + M50 inlet manifold + BBTB with "540i MAF"?

Lads I googled using a 540i MAF with my engine mods (in title) after I was offered one and results were inconclusive bar this link.

Has anyone used one when getting their M52 mapped with M50 inlet manifold? I was offered a new one hence the question. Thanks in advance.

Who you send ecu to?

I think the 540 maf is only used in the USA spec e36 as they had different ecu spec
