Por15 tie coat primer new or used

I cant seem to get hold of this anywhere.

So I'm hoping someone has used it before might still have some left over

Polishnparts have a primer there that might do the job. I would prefer the high build tie coat.

Frost can't post solvents to Ireland. I tried before and they said they couldn't
