That "outline" is not silver, it is an old style grey plastic rim. There is a replacement style with the same part number, see the comparison picture below:

I was stung recently for a fake badge advertised as genuine, between the jigs and the reels PayPal wouldn't pay up the full amount. I was lucky that I managed to use bad feedback as leverage to get my money back. Went to the dealer and they weren't much dearer It was just the convenience of having it posted would have been ideal.
