E39 exhaust position sensor

Hi all,

Just wondering if you think that the exhaust position sensor can throw out things so much? (S62 engine)
I'm also getting a lambda error code even though I changed them 2 days ago (error was present before and after)
I am getting codes 11 & 162 on inpa wrt the position sensor

All the decent specialists here are over 2 hours drive away so it's not something I can commit to - so if it's something small that I can fix myself I will, or I will wait until I drive back to Ireland for a bit...

Edit: I also stupidly cleared the adaptations (was half asleep) and haven't taken for a drive yet so these are probably wrong on the SS.
