wtd- e46 flow heater 64129145439

After hours and hours of testing the battery drain have finally narrowed it down to this flow heater thing which sits under the water valves in the engine bay , it's drawing big current even with car off so disconnected the red cable into it and car is fine everyday since

so if anyone has one pleae let me know
