Advice needed on parts to buy.

Greetings!
A family friends e60 520d failed the NCT as track rod end is already worn.
The car went to Conlans a week before and stated that the inner tie rod will be the only one to be changed along with
some clips. Just want to ask your expert
advise if is it 1 piece track rod end plus
inner tie rod or will a pair of track rod end be enough to buy?
Below are the NCT report and the dealers guesstimate.

You could have that work done at a good indendent for about a qtr of the bill above

Both full tie rod assemblys 100e
Brake hoses rear x2 20e
Allignment 50/60 e

Labour probably 80e

If I just buy one tie rod assembly plus the rest would that be ok? Thanks
