Honda engine question?

Would anyone on her be able to tell just by looking at this pic what size engine is in this civic ?

Pretty sure that's a 1.5 SOHC VTEC

Edit: should be ~130bhp if my memory serves me well.

if u stand in front of the car ,and look in to engine ,there gearbox joints the engine , in the middle at the end of the engine(straight under top water housing ) there is engine number and type (CC) , that shape civics mostly was with 1.5 engines ,afaik

Could be a 1.6 either but as Valdas said its stamped on the engine block where it meets the gearbox at the front!

Yep, could indeed be 1.6 but definitely not a DOHC engine anyway.

It'll have D14,D15,D16 on it, located where Valdias stated.

Being 1.4,1.5,1.6....
