As above, no matter what I adjust the temperatures too it just stays putting out hot air. I assume it's the climate control unit at fault?

I'm pretty sure the FSU only controls fan function
The stepper motor that controls the heat route vent sounds like it won;t or can't move. I've seen heat flaps stuck with jelly tots, wine gums, toy soldiers etc
I'm assuming the blue to red dial on the top middle outlet is being used??

Depends on if the car has automatic air con or manual, if you take the strip of carpet on the drivers side of the centre console, and the lower dash cover (under the steering column, but just above your feet) you should be able to see both the FSU and the flap control motors (this is an auto air con anyway)Quote:

After a bit of searching, it seems theres a heater valve in the engine bay. Going to try changing it first and see!
