E60 LCI USB port location

Evening all,

I have just swapped out my TCU for a MULF2 high.
Car is recoded for $644 & $6FL although i have yet to install the USB cable.

Here's the thing, my car never had phone or telematics from new.. i retrofitted $633 a few years ago but without the phone cradle.
Now that ive switched to SA644 + 6FL i have nowhere to put the port. the usual spot in the centre armrest (an air vent?) is not present. its just a big empty space with no removeable panels.(Job for a dremel.)

I have free reign as to where to put it, any recommendations? i want it out of sight of course but also easily accessible.

Under the phone cradle in the centre armrest is where my one is.
