Hoping someone with experience of E60 can guide me.

I am having a small annoying issue with E60 523i automatic 122k km, where when cold, at the stop light, engaged in D, with me on the brake pedal, there is a pulsating vibration that's seems to be coming from gear box. Almost like a rough idle but its not.
It goes away if I put it in neutral. When the car warms up its also fine.

Engine idles very smooth. Constant RPM, cold or warm. No wobbling. I did replaces CCV and hoses around it because they were never done.

Issue goes aways once I put it in N, this makes think that the issue lies with gearbox, or somewhere there.

I have replaced the gearbox oil pan, removed mechatronic unit, put in new sleeves. Done a two stage filling process.
Oil pan and sleeves were from Vaico. Sleeves seemed to me a small bit slimmer than ones I pulled out.

I think maybe I still didn't put enough fluid into the gearbox as you have to let it warm up to 40c or so and fill it again. I let it warm up to around 38c then switched off the car and filled it until it there was a little stream coming out.
Second thought maybe the sleaves should be oem, and they don't do what they supposed to do. But Vaico are decent quality parts.

Maybe the issue is somewhere else like torque converter etc... Looking for ideas what to check
